I do all the shooting and editing for my socials myself! I use a Canon Mark II and take advantage of natural lighting, so I always shoot around the afternoon. I use Lightroom to edit.
Do you offer classes/workshops?
Not currently, but we are hoping to shoot instructional videos for my Substack newsletter in the future for the more complicated or technical recipes.
Where do you buy your antique/vintage tools and dishes?
I mostly go to thrift and antique stores to find my vintage items, but there are a few modern pieces that capture the aesthetic beautifully, like my Anthropologie line. It’s no longer available, but I may have something else exciting to share in the future!
When is your next cookbook coming out?
I’ll have to keep it a surprise for now, but I can say we’re beginning work on it very soon!
